Doesn't work with Russian censorship at all. Says "Connected", but the blocked websites don't start working. I'd suggest the devs remove "access a censorship free Internet" sentence from their description, it's blatant false advertising. You oughta be thankful I'm not from the US and can't sue you for it.

A recurring bug where the extension only shows "Automatic" in the server options and doesn't connect at all. Seems to reset after a while but it doesn't seem to have any regularity. Very strange

Раньше отваливалась часть серверов но хотя бы один работал теперь отваливаются все сервера + то что сервера отвалились видно только если полностью отключить/удалить дополнение и заново включить/установить иначе сервера типо в списке но по факту они не рабочие и исчезают из списка только при полном перезапуске расширения или браузера... Второй день подряд нет не одного доступного сервера. 100500ий день нет не одного сервера.

Всё чаще и чаще пропадает список доступных (пусть и бесплатных) серверов (на время 07.09.25). Подключиться невозможно.

15.09.25: Всё также не работает. Из серверов только Automatic.

The full Premium Suite is much better than this, not sure why they just have the free Version and limited functionality for the Plugin, other VPN providers have Plugins with full use.

hide.me does not reliably hide your IP address. Despite its claims of privacy and security, tests showed IP leaks via WebRTC or unstable server connections.

The free version is basically useless:
Limited servers
Slow speeds
Tiny data cap

Not suitable for users who care about real privacy, anonymity, or performance. There are much better alternatives, even free ones.
Not recommended.

Garbage, you can't pick the server you want and if you need one outside your country you can't pick it unless you pay for premium and if I'm going to buy a VPN service it won't be this one

The stand alone vpn is great but this is unnecessary and it adds its advertisement to firefox home page when you open it instead of your start page. annoying as hell. uninstalled it and the original works great.
