It has at times been a very good app, but for the last couple of months, it has been logging me out multiple times a day, despite my having all the auto log-out features turned off. I've been reporting the bug since I first noticed it, but the developers don't seem interested or capable of fixing it. The frequent malfunctions over the last few years preclude my going back to a paid subscription.

Update: I can't remember how I eventually fixed the many times a day logout issue, but I did eventually, no thanks to Lastpass. But now it's failing to even log in to my account, so it is entirely, literally useless.

It won't autofill.

Getting this to work is a total p.i.t.a.

Worse and worse that add-on. And same for the android mobile app. I contacted the support, sent screenshots, videos, console logs, but they are not able to fix it.
I gonna check for another one and migrate my whole company.

LastPass continues to get worse and worse. You cannot copy/paste your generated password. I opened my vault today and got a "You can only use LastPass for free on one device type." message. No warning, no email, nothing, just sorry your browser extension is now useless and your information is practically gone. I can't wait to migrate all of my data out of this garbage into Proton Pass.

I rarely write reviews but this add-on I've been using for years (and pay for) has progressively gotten worse and worse and worse and worse.

Like a comment a few days ago, this add-on fails more often than it works these days. How is this a public company?

Switching to bit warden, it works and works very well.

1. when you start to search and type in a few letters, it freeze
2. if you have a business account, and you want to link your personal account to it, it only works on one kinds of browser, aka, if you link it on Edge, it's not there in Firefox, if you link it on Firefox, it's not there in other browsers
3. support team is lack of knowledge and not very helpful and seems don't care, they just ask you to reinstall the addon or browser or reboot...
4. and in Firefox addon, if you are using personal account, you can not see one time passcode field! So you can't add MFA into it, while Edge addon can do. And the support team seems do not know why.

I don't understand the first thing about this authenticater. LOGIN.GOV was telling me I had to have an authenticater as part of a 2 step verification process but I don't think I like it because I can't get it to work. I'm 78 btw.

Fucks up with Firefox and nobody seems to care about it.

High CPU usage issues on the latest version (4.138.3 at the time of writing) causing the browser to become really slow until I close and re-open it.

I rolled back to 4.134.0 since it was becoming super annoying having to close and re-open Firefox multiple times a day to due to the slowness.

No issues on 4.134.0, so hopefully they fix whatever is causing this issue on the latest version.
