PRISM does not collect, store, or transmit any user data to external servers.

DATA HANDLING:
- All scanning operations are performed locally in your browser
- Scan results are stored only in local browser storage
- No analytics, telemetry, or tracking of any kind
- No network requests are made except to scan resources already loaded by the page

PERMISSIONS JUSTIFICATION:
- storage: Save settings and scan history locally
- activeTab: Access current tab content for scanning
- scripting: Inject scanning logic into pages
- host_permissions (:///*): Scan external script files loaded by pages
- notifications: Alert users when secrets are found
