(or firewalled or whatever). So it's a vpn that you can't acess without a vpn. I could get this on mobile though, I don't know why it doesn't allow to do so on pc, but on mobile this thing is awesome. But mannnnn, please fix this for russia, and make a sign in an app thing, like on mobile, or something. It's such a shame that it works so good, but only in parts.

I would recommend to download the desktop application instead in such case, you can do it from GitHub which hopefully shouldn't be geo-blocked:
Windows: github.com/ProtonVPN/win-app/releases
macOS: github.com/ProtonVPN/ios-mac-app/releases
