Firefox側のタブに関するAPIにバグがあるため、Firefoxが修正されるまではどうにもならなそうです。

Is there any way to add in a function for pasting text directly into the URL bar? I was trying to see if I could do a custom gesture with JavaScript but I'm not very good with JS, sorry.

Two suggestions though:
Can you implement the possibility to block gestures on certain pages in the future? I know I can enable/disable it manually. But I use e.g. https://www.qwant.com/maps/ in the browser quite often, and of course it would be best to disable SG automatically on such pages, where you e.g. push a map around.
Another question: I use 'new tab' gesture very often and it really bugs me that I afterwards have to click once more on top into the address bar to start typing or to even see the default suggestions of firefox. Would it be possible to automatically focus the address bar?
