It is by far the best extension but lately things have gone wrong!
It doesn't retrieve the usernames anymore and put unknown prefix on the files instead, and most of the times queues 2 or even 3 or 4 of the files and makes duplicates!

Suddenly, readable file names don't work, every artist name changes to "unknown"

opens 2 popups per image now. if you dont check "specify file name/path" then it'll duplicate save

GIFs in the media section will download anything instead of the gif...

Fixed again which is nice but theres another bug where the save filepath will display 5-10 times even if just pressing the download button once.

Chrome has terminated this extension, making it unusable for users. However, I downloaded Firefox, installed this extension, and logged into X to test it—and amazingly, it works perfectly on Firefox.

dont know whats going on but its failing to get the tweet author name for the file now.

sadly it seems to currently be broken as the download button does nothing.

Was really good. Unfortunately, probably due to some change on the website formerly known as Twitter, the account names always show as 'unknown', and after working normally for a bit when I first launch Firefox, the extension eventually starts trying to save media twice.

The update today 2025-apr-26 seems to have it working again. AWESOME!
