This does work for Latin/English letters, and for Slovak/Czech "accented" letters (letters with what's locally called "diacritics"?) áíéščľ etc. typed not as one key, but as a seres of two keys each. For example "č" typed as: Shift = c. Or "á" typed as = a. (Where "=" is the key right of "7890-" above the Latin letters.)
This is on Linux, GNOME, American physical keyboard, and Querty Slovak keyboard selected in GNOME. However, the similar layout of these "accent" modifier keys is across Windows, and probably Mac OS, too.
The problem: In "Slovak" mode (and also Czech one, most likely the same for other non-Cyrillic Slavic keyboard layouts), keys for "234567890" above the Latin letters are switched to be shortcuts to some of such "accented" letters, namely: "ľščťžýáíé". When I press any of those (on a page when not in any input), "Were You Typing" doesn't pick them up.
If you'd like me to send you the key code sequence, or any assistance, please provide clear directions on how to capture them.
Thank you for all your extension. Ergonomics, privacy & productivity! - 5 üzerinden 1 puanyazan: Firefox kullanıcısı 17742017, 3 yıl önceNope. Not working in FF 108. Please remove from site.
