In general it works, but each time opens new tab so after downloading series of video you get this blank tab polluting your tab line. Sometimes it does Not downloading high resolution videos 720,1080,1440p and 4k, as claimed leaving you blank tab that does nothing, so you have to redownload lower resolution video. And last but not least, the most frustrating is that it sometime opens a new tab with video wich suddenly deafens you on full volume and you have manually save the video from this tab changing its default name "videoplayback.mp4" every time. Would be nice to fix this issues an if it is managable - to give an option to download several chekmarked videos from playlist/searchlist/recomendations.

    It does work, but takes forever to download the file format. Tried 1080p, then it was in a foreign language.

    I tried the 4K online clipping site.
    Whatever Youtube video I uploaded, whatever mp4 resolution I tried to download, whatever vpn country, it returned error "try another download link".
    Make it work or stop wasting peoples time and take it down.
    ---If you expect people to email you when your app doesn't work, forget it.

    Using Firefox: on April 1. 2025 it works again, even if its quite slow (only 2-3 MB/sec)

    On Febr. 3. 2025 redirectons (fake-links) prevent the connection to the final download-window of Youtube 4K Downloader. 2 or 3 weeks ago the downloader worked quite well and fast, even if i needed sometimes 2-3 retrials. I think its disruptive fire from Youtube ;-( or my adblocker

    Using Chrome: on April 1. 2025 it works quite slow; You have to hit on share(the link) and copy/paste this into the download-screen, and than the download starts.

    This module is not at all up to date and works very poorly.
    Very often it does not detect the video link and returns the following error message :

    "An error occurred from remote video site. Please try with other download link."

    When you get this then you can choose another format, and if by chance it finds the link the audio is in German !!!!!
    There, to understand something, hello anguish.
    And since no clear explanation is available I do not know what to do.
    I give up on that, there are others that work.
    I absolutely want to keep the original language of the video and especially not translate anything because the translation systems are not yet up to date. Maybe in 50 years it will work better ?
