This isn't so much a review of this addon as it is a complaint about Mozilla. I don't understand why Mozilla "recommends" this addon but does not recommend Neat URL, when I can add custom patterns to the latter but not to the former. I'm convinced ClearURLs only has more users because it has been blessed with a quasi-official "recommendation" from Mozilla, even it lacks functionality which is available with another addon.

I have problem with amazon tr. It doesn't work when you delete the reference on category pages. Her is a sample page. I will edit my comment if you fix this problem, thanks.

Unfortunately this addon breaks some sites, such as bol.com. There is no way to whitelist sites and therefore the AddonOn is not very useful

Excellent idea but unusable in its current state. It breaks many websites and there's no whitelist system to allow certain websites, so you constantly have to disable/enable the add-on.

Having this extention is a no-brainer and an absolute necessity in this era of ever-encroaching privacy invasion and unsolicited, intrusive tracking and spying, and companies profiting from users' data. Not only does this cause logging in on TikTok with my Google account to fail, it also causes a malfunction when I try to buy things on bol.com, resulting in my basket being emptied instead of me being redirected to the payment page.

I installed this add-on to clean YouTube links but it works surprisingly well in others websites like Google Search, Google Maps, Yandex and Twitter.

I'm sure I'm not exploiting its true potential, but for my needs it does the job very well. Pretty recommended.

when having this enabled the ability to log-in with google into websites completely breaks.
