* Added proper mobile support. This includes a mobile-only version of the block page.
* There is now a stand-alone options page. This should look better and behave better on multiple browsers and platforms.

* Updated graphics to reflect new logo changes.

Backend / Documentation Changes:
* Updated rust build configuration and instructions so that it no longer requires nightly. This should help improve stability of future releases.
* Added 'Android Testing and Debugging' instructions to the readme.
* Added 'Building to Zip File' for better deployment instructions. Useful for other potential maintainers.
