This app has been a tremendous time saver for our team and the best process tool I've used to date.

I've primarily used this as an app on Zendesk but as an avid Firefox user I'm extremely excited to see the BrightReps team extended their app to run as a Firefox extension so now my team can search / use our processes and integrations from anywhere.
