Displays tabs hierarchially in the sidebar. Other tabs opened from a tab will be displayed as children of the tab.
Permissions used:
- tabs: Display information and manipulate about tabs.
- session: Enable session persistence.
- menus: Display context menus in sidebar
- bookmarks: Enable bookmark context menu function
- cookies & contextualIdentities: display container color in sidebar
