від Korwin, 7 років томуВ Firefox 66.0a1 x64 на странице с результатами поиска изображений никаких изменений. При нажатии на кнопку дополнения ничего не происходит.

It seems like icon might have been added but it might be showing on address bar due to space issue. But no worries you can always bring it there by Pressing Menu Button located at top right corner-> Customize - > drag and drop the Google Images Downloader icon into address bar.
