User input is sent to third-party AI services (such as Groq/OpenAI) solely for the purpose of generating ticket content. This data is not stored by the extension and is only processed temporarily.
Any API keys or settings are stored locally on the user's device using browser storage and are never transmitted to our servers.
We do not track users, use analytics, or collect browsing history.
