Can you please report the issue you are facing with more details at https://github.com/gurumukhi/youtube-screenshot/issues so that we can get it invested further? Thanks a lot again.- Works as advertised, no problems. just be sure that keyboard is in English language layout. Would be very-very nice to have option to automatically fill name of the saved picture from clipboard. And if it somehow can automatically add numbers at the end of name, like 01, 02, 03, etc., to save multiple pictures with the same name – that would be the greatest addon.

On top of that, frequent updates to the extension makes it even more usable. I also gave some suggestions and report a minor bug on github, and the developer was quick to respond. Loving the extension :)
