Is it possible to detect if a video is a music video and setting the speed to 1x ? In real life I consume content and the large chunk are music too...

With this extension, you never have to manually change the playback speed of YouTube videos. It does it automatically when the video starts.
I wish a 1.75 setting was added.

there is already a "payback speed" option in the settings of a youtube video. and it has all the SAME options as well.

What's the point if it's the same speed as on YT?

It is an excellent add-on that works, the only problem is that you should add an exception at https://music.youtube.com since it also speeds it up.

it works but disorts the sound like slowing/speeding sound via youtube itself unlike hardware players who can slow and icrease speeds without disortion.
