I really like how smooth this is on ao3. You press the checkmark or x button and it quickly marks the fic with whatever status you've changed it to and I like how unobtrusive the star rating is when you're scrolling through a list of works and the highlighting of works is cool.

When opening a fic there are buttons at the top where you can mark the status of the fic (mark as read, chapter read, do not read, re-read) and they fit really well, but maybe a little too well. I get the 'mark as read' button confused with ao3's 'mark as read' button all the time. I wish there was more visual distinction between the two before you press on them, not just after.

I like how everything is stored locally and that it offers a google doc sync option (I haven't tested that yet but I'll edit this when I do), however, I find it kind of underwhelming, especially in comparison to other fic trackers. I wish it collected more metadata and 'my notebook' had filters or tags you could apply or sort through, for example.

I haven't tried any of the premium features (i'm not really interested in highlighting fics or whatnot, but I appreciate how it's just one purchase), so I can't rate how well they work, but this does what it does well, even though I wish it did more.

Loving this extension, I'm always looking for new ways to tweak AO3 with scripts and extensions and this is one of the nicest to come out. I love having visual indicators for scrolling fic tags to see what I've read since I regularly forget what I've finished.

One visual suggestion I would have would be an indicator to show what fics you're already subscribed to/ authors you're subbed to.

Otherwise love this extension and looking forward to seeing my yearly stats and seeing where else you go with it.

Great add-on, really useful to keep track of my reading.

Places an unremovable ad for the extension's premium tier features over every fic you read, in the form of a crown button in the lower left corner of the screen. There's no option to remove it without paying up.

Thus, this extension is monetizing ao3 and ao3 authors' work, which is a terms of service violation, disrespectful, and at worst could risk drawing legal trouble for ao3 and the fanfiction community more broadly.

I don't mind too much that it has premium features in the first place, but placing an ad over ao3, and especially over the text of fan authors' works, without permission is absolutely too far.
