Recently, the app has stopped working properly — it no longer swipes at all. I would expect at least some effort from the support team to fix the issue or offer a refund, but they don’t really seem to care.

Instead, they ask you to cooperate in “finding the bug,” which basically means they want you to do free testing and help with their development. That’s ridiculous.

If the app doesn’t work, the company should simply refund the money and fix it themselves — based on browser and OS versions — not shift the responsibility onto the customer.
