YES! YES! YES! I often save pictures from artists that I follow on bsky and was really bothered by all of the default filenames being like "bafkreickki53fubfqd6rdvrf3zbgr6kpvob.jpg" which made me lose track of who drew what and in some cases left me unable to follow artists whose work I really enjoyed. All I wanted out of this extension was to include the user name into the saved file name, and it does exactly that!

Only way it could be better for me is if it let me pick the save location rather than defaulting to the downloads folder, but I can deal with that.

Nice clean downloads. Buttons are visible and right where shown. Downloaded names are a bit odd, but you can change those easy.
