However, the developer came back to update it, and it is working again as of version 0.6.0 Mar 17, 2020. The developer puts the effort to make this add-on for free, so it should be noticed.
Example: Individual listing shows $106 x 1 night, but final total is $121 because of a $15 cleaning fee. Edit: Unfortunately after a lot of digging, I don't think it's feasible to accomplish this at the moment, as Airbnb does not expose enough data about the fees of a stay on the search results page.
