no copy as plain text option, and not working in Absolute Enable Right Click & Copy enabled sites. Gesturefy is much better.

Edit: 1.4.3 have Copy as plain text.

I loved this extension but it now causes tampermonkey to break which is odd since this isn't a script. Maybe that can get fixed then it would be a 5 again. Saves a lot of time. Also helps if you have some hand movement issues that make precise selecting hard, just double or triple click and it's copied. But for now, unless it gets fixed, I can no longer use it as I need my tampermonkey scrips more.

What is good of firefox if its addon does not work. Autocopy is one of that when firefox is upgraded. I don't use firefox for more than 1 year.

Incompatible with my laptop touchpad because it will not register a double click unless I release on the second click, and the extension requires holding the second click for at least .1 seconds, so no copying.

Everything works great on FF57+

Good WebExtension replacement for the old Autocopy. Only thing I miss is being able to exclude certain URLs. I always want to autocopy. Except when I'm using WordPress to edit a blog post, and I want to highlight a word or phrase, and then paste into the popup the URL I copied just before this. An autocopy at this point overwrites the URL I just copied to the clipboard. Could do this with the old autocopy by excluding the URL for my WordPress site and it was very, very helpful. Update: sometimes it doesn't copy, I guess as I'm not holding the mouse button long enough. Other times, when highlighting lots of text, it copies multiple times as I'm slowly dragging across the text. Not sure why this is anonymous, did try to login as me before posting, it's Keith Conover.

Update:
After using this add-on a day, i realize that you could add an option to turn off the pop up notification that appear on the bottom of the screen, after a while it becomes very annoying!

Using FF v57 and selecting a text doesn't copy its content. :(

I see no reason to use copy on select, because the AutoCopy WE with customizable delay to prevent unwanted copying is much better. Of course there are not as many cool options as the old AutocopySelection2Clipboard had (formatting?), but at least I can productively use this in FF57.

When this addon is enabled, you cannot select text and drag it anymore.

Suggestion to the author: on the info page you suggest "To enable built-in middle click paste, go to about:config..."
How about including that option in your own extension?
