Unfortunately, websites change from time to time, breaking some of the site adjusters (there is no big team behind this, so I cannot follow every change happening out there at the publisher's websites). I am currently in a control pass on dynamic citation functionality. You can always suggest/report websites to me that aren't working properly, and I see to it as soon as real life work permits.
