Hi! This is probably because you don't have permissions configured correctly.
To fix: 1. Head to https://google.com or search for anything on Google. 2. Click on the Extensions button in your toolbar. This should look like a puzzle icon. 3. Right-click on this extension's icon. 4. Change the "Extension can read and change data" setting to Always Allow. 5. Refresh the page.
