From an empty area on the page, drag and move your mouse to scroll around.
Scrolls the page like how you would on a touchscreen or a Grabber tool.
You can even whip the page around since it has momentum.
Does not affect drag-selecting text with your mouse cursor.
No additional hotkeys required to activate. Use your left mouse button. Easy single handed use!
Click to focus on input fields and follow links as normal.
