If you have time, I'd really appreciate it if you had time to open an issue on GitHub (https://github.com/MattX/ipafy/issues); if not, any information (pages you tried this on/Firefox version) you can give me here would be very helpful.

I'll definitely consider adding an option to translate just a section of a page.
