Each photo is sourced from professional photographers and selected for quality, composition, and variety. The collection rotates automatically so you see something new throughout the day. You can pause the rotation, step back to a previous image, or skip ahead at any time using the on-screen controls.

SEARCH
A search bar sits front and centre on every new tab so you can start a web search without navigating away from your current page. Just type and go. Results powered by Yahoo!.

CLOCK AND DATE
The current time and date are always visible. Choose between 12-hour and 24-hour formats, or switch to an analog clock face if you prefer.

WEATHER
Local weather conditions and a short forecast are shown automatically based on your location. Stay informed without opening a separate weather app or tab.

FOCUS MODE
When you want fewer distractions, Focus mode strips the interface back to just the photo, clock and search bar. Everything else steps aside so you can concentrate.

PRIVACY
Majestic Mountain Views does not track your browsing activity, does not require an account or sign-in, and does not sell or share your data. Weather uses your device location only to fetch the local forecast and that data never leaves your browser.

PERMISSIONS
The extension requests only the permissions required for the selected widgets — location is used for weather, search is used for the new tab search box, management is used only for the uninstall link, host access is limited to widget data APIs.
