open-right-beside - open new tabs right beside their opener (aka. parent) tab or beside the currently active tab

SYNOPSIS

after installation, every normal tab should be opend right besides their opener (aka. parent) tab or beside the currently active tab if no parent exists

REQUIRED PERMISSIONS

• tabs: used to reposition tabs and determine their positions
• tabGroups: used to fix a workaround a tabGroup specific quirk/bug when a tab is inserted/moved as the last/right-most tab of a group.
