In a new update you can disable auto-backups and revoke Downloads permission, which is now optional. Auto-backup is now disabled by default for new installs.

And about crop - need to know on which pages, since Pixiv doesn't really have any uniform way to display images, it's fairly different on each page type.

Which page you're on? If its the home page (https://www.pixiv.net/), then yeah I haven't added support for it yet.
It should work on artwork pages (https://www.pixiv.net/artworks/<'ID>) and tag/search pages (https://www.pixiv.net/en/tags/<'tag>)
If it doesn't work on those, or there is some other issue, you can post a report on Github.

Update: added support for blocking on Home page, and partial support (some image shelves are blocked, some aren't) for Illustrations and Manga pages. Full support will be added some time later.

Need more specific details.
I just tested all the functionality and everything seems to be working.
If you can reliably reproduce the issue, post it on Github which is linked as "Support site"

If you find a reproducible situation where the addon doesn't work you can post it on Github, and I'll look into it.
