Added an 'Extension Shortcut' for reloading tabs. No default. (Access extension shortcuts by opening about:addons, clicking the cogwheel, and then the 'Manage Extension Shortcuts' button.)

Added the capability to bypass the browser cache when reloading by shift-clicking the extension icon.
Added "Bypass the cache when reloading by default." option to ignore the browser's cache when reloading pages by default. Set to false by default.

Changes:
Added sidebar action for marking tabs to skip during reload.
Added context menu to easily access sidebar.


Right click the extension icon and select the <"Skip Tabs" Sidebar> menu item to open the sidebar.
List items in the sidebar correspond to the open tabs of the current window.
Click the green extension icon to toggle between it and a red dash.
Any items with the red dash will be skipped when reloading tabs.
