• ACCESS EXTENSION POPUP TOOLBAR:
1. Look at the top-right of Chrome, next to the address bar.
2. Click the puzzle-piece icon for Extensions.
3. Find Scroll Wheel Tab Switcher.
4. Click the extension icon to open the popup toolbar.
5. Optional: click the pin icon next to Scroll Wheel Tab Switcher so it always
appears beside the address bar

• PRIVACY MODEL:
- No telemetry
- No tracking

- No developer-owned servers
- Settings are stored locally in browser storage
- Most-recently-used tab order is stored locally
- Recent search queries are stored locally
- Recent scroll positions and page geometry are stored locally
- Scroll-restore URL checks stay local
- Search suggestions are matched locally from recent searches, open tabs,
browser history, and bookmarks
- Search suggestions are never sent to TabWheel or a developer server
- Submitted searches go to your browser’s current default search provider
- Google fallback is used only if the browser search API is unavailable
