When the user read a large web page(long scroll), There are two ways to scroll the page. One is mouse scroll, another is to use the scroll bar. But sometimes, That's too small to move by mouse scroll, and That's too big to move by scroll bar. In such case you can use Trim Scroll.
To enable, open the context menu (by mouse right click) and click "Trim SColl" menu. then you can see Trim Scroll in the right page. To disable, click "Trim SColl" menu again or page reload or move to another page.
Note that Trim Scroll is only available for the html pages.
