Same as Virtpunk. This addon causes reddit to reload over and over when hovering over any link/url.

I've been using it for about three years now. Recently, I started experiencing glitches on Reddit, and I couldn't figure out why the page was constantly reloading. I disabled all scripts, then spent two days disabling 50 add-ons one by one, and finally, at the end of the list, I disabled this one, and miraculously, the glitches and reloading stopped.
P.S. This is only on Reddit.

Great extension. I often use the computer from a distance so it is nice having the status tooltip right under the link so I can read it when zooming in with magnifier and ability to increase text size.

P.S. Would be nice to have an option to hide the native alt text on links since it displays within the tooltip for this extension. Looks like you can just negate the "browser.chrome.toolbar_tips" value in about:config.

I checked conflicts with other addons, but I did not have it. However, I found out that the setting of this addon is damaged. Even if I change the setting, it will not be saved. This was limited to a specific profile, not with other profiles.

It was fixed when reinstalling.
