Reader View — Dedicated Popup Player
Firefox Reader View selections now open in their own detached popup window with a full playback player, progress bar, and WAV export.
Parallel Neural Array
The on-device Neural Engine now initializes and synthesizes across a 4-worker pool simultaneously. Sentence chunks are dispatched in parallel and stitched in sequence, dramatically reducing time-to-first-audio on long selections.
Cloud Session Auth in Popup
If the Vertex (cloud) engine is selected but no session has been initialized, the popup player now shows an "Initialize VoxAI Session" prompt — matching the behavior already present in the in-page player.
Cancellation — Cross-Context Sync
Stopping synthesis from one context (reader popup vs. in-page player) now correctly halts all active audio and background synthesis regardless of which context initiated it.
UI Polish
- Danger buttons (Clear Cache / Clear Session) in Settings use a muted red tone
- Disclaimer text in Settings is in a scrollable box with a dimmed background
