Update, since the dev 'responded': rolling out an update that was a complete rewrite, with no warning or notification provided - one day the plugin worked, the next day it simply didn't - was a terrible idea. A mistake, even. One that was fixable by reverting back to known-working code. Instead, the dev decided to push forward and insist it worked fine and then try and patch it over and over and over again, claiming to make progress (and yet lag time is still just as excessive as it was at the start, 13 updates later, dark theme is broken, runaway RAM usage and crashing is more rampant than ever, etc).
Trying to blame these failures on a lack of testers, rather than a lack of wisdom to admit a mistake and rollback to a working version until testing can actually be completed, says far more about the developer than they'd like to admit, apparently. Suggesting users hop in the discord to help with features is not ideal, especially since the developer isn't even the admin of their own discord, and the actual admin members are shitheads that prefer to troll people and exhibit constant toxic behavior rather than actually provide help or support, which is genuinely insane.
But hey, at least the 2.x version works exceedingly well. Instant, responsive, snappy, full-featured, and above all else: it's never crashed my browser. If you're looking for a plugin that'll work great, install the 2.x version, that one deserves five stars. Or go use the competitor I guess, since that's literally what the developer is suggesting.

The v3 of vine helper was almost a complete rewrite of the program with more of less 7000 lines of changes.
As much as I called for testers, I found very few. So putting online a major new version like that to 6000 users spread accross 10 countries is deemed to be a rocky experience as everyone uses VH differently.
Adding to that that in this first week a database migration to a new had to be done, I understand that the user experience was not great.
While annoying, I hope the 13 revisions within a week show how much efforts I am putting in promptly fixing the various issues people are reporting.
If you are encountering issues and would like to help me address them, I encourage you to reach out to me directly via either discord servers, email or filling an issue on Github.
If you are unhappy with Vine Helper, I encourage you to look at Ultra Viner, another alternative extension which takes a different approach to improving vine experience.

Remote storing the keywords is a complicated endavour, but I've been working on the keywords today and hope to have a way of sync'ing them without having to transfer them with every requests. (Hidden items are processed remotely, pinned items are transfered with every query, but keywords are a more complicated task for some reasons)
Stay tuned :)

User Friendly...
There is another extension doing about the same (PickMe) but not as user friendly.
One little bug in keywords filter you can only use ASCII characters.
In France we use characters like "é è ù " and it is not working with the keywords filter.
(in french: I'm really bored with "trempé" - I have not way to filter this word).
Except this little thing, VineHelper is really great and time saving.

If you're on Vine in Canada, there are a lot of products you cannot order, and a good number of those are caused by the listing including import duties/fees. This app displays 3 new tabs in your Vine Items page: "Available", "Unavailable", and "Hidden".
Each item now has a box floating at the top that indicates with a smiley or unhappy face if the item is available (superfluous to a point, because by default you're only seeing available items in the "Available" tab, etc.), two voting links, and a control to hide and unhide an item.开发者回应

Thank you for your kind review :) To answer your comment, the main reason for the happy smiley face is that it allow to see the difference between items which are undetermined and those which are confirmed (by way of the vote consensus) to be available.
Also, there is an option NOT to discard the item to the unavailable tab; some people want to confirm on their own to be 100% sure and only want items they voted on to be discarded. For that use case, being able to have a visual between the 3 states was important.
But I feel you, it can feel as wasted space, for which I have 3 good news:
1. There is now an option to display a compact toolbar, which get rid of the smiley face altogether.
2. You can use the Thorvarium stylesheets, specifically the smallitems one to increase the product density on your screen
3. Version 1.10, among many new improvements, it will make the size of both the regular and compact toolbar to be slightly tighter while showing the same data.
