- 评分 3 / 5来自 thunderstrike23，4 个月前Ever since the most recent update, it's had trouble detecting ads/trackers/etc on some sites. It'll say 'zero' and I'll get in-page popups and banner ads anyway. Also rather dislike that the 'restrict site' option appears to be missing now.

It's unwieldy to go through the settings and even then you still don't know if the trackers are up to date. I had an account there but I wanted to change the password. Nope! You can change the email but not the compromised password. I tried a new account but some standard symbols aren't accepted. Good luck. I'd rather have the old version.

- Re: "don't know if the trackers are up to date" - the TrackerDB is updated with every release but we will add a force-update to the settings to satisfy everyone.

- 评分 2 / 5来自 petra，5 个月前Ghostery blocks less and less and runs more and more unsecure! the plug-in gets stuck after a firefox crash and hast to be re:installed to run again!
On the other hand it blocks to much, like age popups and the paypal popup to pay something!开发者回应

Regarding Ghostery getting stuck after a Firefox crash - it could be possible that Firefox leaves a profile in a corrupted state in this case. Your help would be important in trying to reproduce it. We would be happy to help fix the issues you are experiencing!

Love that i can 'pause' it for 30 min if needed to check something it's not allowing (for my safety). Or turn it right back on.
Easy to set and adjust my comfort level of blockage. Now we get Privacy Digest too. Recommended to many others. THANK YOU Ghostery!!开发者回应
