Creating a new redirect was initially a bit confusing, but by looking at the example redirect, I was able to figure it out. Overall, very useful add-on.

Defaults to "wildcard". In order to use regex, change pattern type to "regular expression".

I tried to setup a rule with:

from=^http://www.youtube.com$
to=http://www.youtube.com/feed/subscriptions.

Firefox complains that there is an invalid inredirect. I removed the rule, disabled and uninstalled the extension, but the invalid redirect persists, even after a restart. My installation is broken :(
