Previously, VirusTotal.com saves from Firefox still showed up correctly.
After VirusTotal.com's recent interface change, SingleFile saves from Firefox are rendered incorrectly; but the save from Chrome still shows correctly.
Attached below are 1 file created before (A) and 2 files created after (B+C) when VirusTotal.com changed its interface. Attached are 3 screenshots of those 3 files.

Minimal browsers like Dillo were no issue. Command line browsers like lynx, elinks, links displayed the pages well. Then I went extreme and ran SingleFile saved pages on a number of DOS browsers from the 90s (still a huge DOS fan).
Browsers like Arachne, Bobcat, knots, doslynx... html viewers of the time like hview077, htmlvw and others. The SingleFile saved pages just kept displaying.
