AMAZING!

For a long time, this program worked REALLY well. Before switching to uBlock Origin, I was using Chrome with the Adblocker extension. However, when YouTube started targeting that extension, I moved to Firefox (non-Chromium-based) and was recommended uBlock Origin by many online reviews. It worked GREAT at first. Unfortunately, it seems like YouTube is now targeting uBlock Origin as well. YouTube has become very laggy in its response time, whether on the homepage with no video selected, or when opening a dropdown menu/settings. Even loading comments or interacting with the like button has become extremely slow. That being said, uBlock Origin is still doing its job by blocking ads, which is a positive.

Internet is unusable without this extension. BIG RESPECT to the developers.

The best addon there is. If you only get one addon, make it this one. In my opinion, the internet is unusable without an adblocker and uBlock Origin is the best around.

Not only does it block ads but for advanced users, it allows to block javascript, and manually filter out each and every connection the websites you visit make. You can see every third party connection and block it as you see fit.
