Added experimental features.
Big one is the ability to "Filter with the Refiner"
This means that the addon only searches for brands that are in the Amazon sidebar filter. The hope is that this will drastically reduce false positives. It is experimental because it might increase false negatives.

Added tooltips to explain what many of the options do.

This fixed an issue where departments were in a different place on mobile versions of the site

Fixed an issue where the department header wasnt showing in the popup

New Dashboard page. Currently limited but will allow for more advanced configuration in the future

Addon now logs departments as you view them. These are used to enable per-department control of the filter. This data does not leave your account.

I've moved from a wildcard back to listing each amazon site individually to reduce the permissions we ask for.

The page will now update in real time when you change addon settings

Settings will now sync across machines if you have Firefox sync enabled.

Known issues:
Filter will fail to find the brand if it is more than 5 words into the description (long story)

Added Germany and Sweden to the permissions list.

added the ability to just grey out the refiner rather than hide it outright so you can see brands that are filtered but also know that they were filtered.

The main fix here is for the titled search results. version display is also fixed.

Huge improvements to filtering engine! We can handle brands with spaces again and the filtering process is much _much_ faster!

The permissions process is now slightly better. You just need to right click on the icon and select "Always allow on www.amazon.com" (or .ca/co.uk/mx/com.au etc)

Lots of changes in this.

Firstly, we've moved to a map vs a list. The list was already running into limitations and returning false positives. The Map wont do that.

We have some metrics in the popup now showing what version of the Allow List you have and how many brands are listed on it as well as how long it took to filter the last page.

There is a known issue here though. The map system will not work on brands that have spaces in their names at the moment. I am working on a fix for that.

Fixed the icon breaking when you click the popup

We now download the brands in the background and store them in the local browser store. This means we can update the brands and you will automatically get the latest list at launch and then it updates once per day after that.

we now have a popup that will persist settings, especially enabling/disabling the addon

with this we also have more settings including the ability to decide if you want to bypass the filter when clicking on a brand in the refinement list, or even filter the refinement list so you _never_ see an unlisted brand.
