Do you hate it when you click on a Youtube video and turns out it's made by AI? Combat Slop is a browser extension that flags those videos.

It relies on the wisdom of the crowd. Audience get to vote whether a video is slop or not, if a video has overwhelmingly amount of slop votes, it will be tagged as slop. The tag can been seen on Home Feed and Search Results (by default).

When you visit a video, you will be able to see two buttons which are labelled "Not Slop" and "Slop". Viewer may vote whether they think a video is AI Slop by using those buttons.

Apart from those buttons, the extension also adds labels videos on Home Feed and Search Results whenever data is available. The tags are either "Gem" meaning it is indeed not a slop video or "Slop" when a video has overwhelmingly amount of slop votes.
