- There's a bug, every site we open from the top sites, opens in mobile view, there's no way to apply desktop site, it is already on in the menu and settings , but when loading through homepage of this extension, there only mobile website opening, i'm using it in a android tablet, iceraven app
and please add folder support for top sites, and integrating them with importing/exporting bookmarks html files from other browsers開發者回應

The homepage on Firefox for Android is seriously lacking. There is not an overflow menu that even compares with chromium based browsers, but because of this add-on, I am actually able to enjoy Firefox on my phone once more. Thank you so much for having this extension. Couldn't use Firefox Android without it!

To change the order of the buttons, go to the settings page and select the 'Buttons' tab. There, you can rearrange the order by dragging the icons across the different areas (toolbar, menu, and available). The new order will be reflected in the toolbar as soon as you press the 'Save' button. Please note, you cannot drag the buttons directly to the toolbar itself.
If it still doesn’t work, you can open an issue in the GitHub repository with a screen recording of the problem, if possible, so I can assist you better.

Have a great day!- Very convenient extension. Makes navigating within the browser a lot easier, and you can access a growing variety of actions with one tap, you don't have to open Firefox's menu and search for it.
I have a question, though. Firefox keeps notifying me there's a new version available for this extension. I have confirmed I do indeed not have the latest version atm (I have 1.8.5). However, it doesn't give me the possibility to update it anywhere at all. Not in the extension menu, not where it displays some information about this extension, even in the browser's settings there's nothing helpful. I tried Github, where I can see that some files have been updated recently, but couldn't find a way to update the extension. Maybe that's on me, I'm not too familiar with Github and how it works, but I know how to download things. Did I overlook it? Or is there a way to update that I'm not aware of? Should I remove the extension and download it again? (I haven't tried this because I'd rather not lose my current settings.) I hope you can help me.開發者回應

Regarding your question, Firefox is notifying you because the new version requires a new permission (writing text to the clipboard). This is needed for the new 'copy link' button.
You can select "Allow" in the notification, and Firefox will update the add-on. Alternatively, you can remove and reinstall the add-on—your settings won’t be lost as long as you don’t reset the browser storage.

Everything in this extension makes perfect sense (which can't be said about design choices of the Firefox team). Thank you so much! Would you please consider an option to remove icons for Top Sites altogether so that only the names remain? Possibly color coded. Ascetic but very useful. If you ever used Naked Browser you know what I mean. (It was one of a kind, pity it's not available anymore.) Maybe even allow users to provide their own HTML for the links section (top sites), that would be a dream come true!

Have a great day! - Having a few buttons for close tab, new tab, duplicate tab, and whatever else on mobile is a godsend. I hope they get containers on mobile because a button for open / duplicate current tab in x container would be the bees knees. Great for seeing if someone blocked you on soc 😈 that's the pipe dream, but I can live without for now

- It's good, but after a few days, the buttons to close all tabs and the button to close other tabs don't work properly. I wish you could display the header of Firefox tabs like desktop. Another problem is that it is not part of the UI and causes it to occupy the bottom space of websites.

The buttons to close all tabs or other tabs are limited because the Web Extensions API on Firefox Mobile doesn’t provide access to the full list of open tabs, only the loaded ones. I’d like to find a workaround for this in a future update.
About tabs header like desktop, Firefox developers are working on it! This feature is currently being tested in the Nightly version, though I’m not sure if it’s also in Beta.
About the UI, extensions cannot make changes to the browser UI, and it’s unlikely this will be allowed anytime soon. Some settings are provided to make it as unintrusive as possible, such as moving the toolbar to the top or bottom, hiding it, or adjusting its transparency to ensure users can see important content behind it.

change 2 stars to 4. Maybe, if an empty tab is active, there is no toolbar. In this case, I open a Website bookmark, and the toolbar appears開發者回應
張貼於 8 個月前Hi! Thanks for your feedback. You are correct; the toolbar won’t be available on certain sites, such as about pages, the add-ons store, and other pages restricted to add-ons for security reasons.
