    • Made provider name to presetId mapping case-insensitive
    • Added more provider name aliases (gemini, azure, mistral, cohere)

    Improvements
    • Add structured_output field support from models.dev API (8f9d913)
    • Uses the more accurate structured_output field to determine JSON mode capability
    • Falls back to tool_call when structured_output is not available
    • Ensures models with native JSON mode support are correctly detected even without tool calling
