If it is not working for you it may be because you have not enabled it properly or because it does not work with a script language.
The first Possibility can be easily resolved.
> Enter your Browser Add-Ons (Ctrl+Shift+A)

Unfortunately it doesn't work with javascript links, i.e. will create a blank tab but will not download associated file. When this addon is disabled, the save dialog is presented on clicking the link, as expected. So cannot really use this. Is it a simple fix?
