Heyo, I know this issue and to be honest I absolutely don't know how to solve it.. Though, I know just refreshing the page works as well as clicking on any theme in the pop-up. Sorry for this :(
edit : actually, I think right clicking on the extension and tick "always allow on pinterest.." works and you don't need to refresh it each time
