Adapted extension to work with latest changes done by Reddit.

- Remove the "Unreviewed Content" popup again, after Reddit moved stuff around: https://github.com/sixP-NaraKa/reddit-nsfw-unblocker/issues/4

- Adapted the extension to HTML structure changes from Reddit.
- Bumped Firefox (Desktop) min version to 58.0 (required).

Removed the "unreviewed content" popup that warns the user that the content is not reviewed and prompts them to use the Reddit app or go to the home page.

This popup is now also removed.

With v0.3.0 the extension is now more robust when handling page navigations:
- when navigating from a subreddit to a post (and vice versa), Reddit loads the content dynamically, which causes the extension not to run -> this is now resolved

The extension is now also available for Firefox for Android!
