來自 Firefox 使用者 14402247，3 年前I've been locked out of 1Password for 5+ days after an seemingly innocent upgrade. I have been unable to retrieve pwds or login on my iPhone and so called customer service has not even recognized the problem.
Excellent program until something goes wrong, then horrible, NON-EXISTENT, boilerplate customer service.
