Implemented comment generation to improve performance over substack's version.

Removed hide hearts option, as substack finally got around to doing that themselves.

Added an option to allow comments posted since a given time to appear new regardless of whether you have visited the page since then or not.

Added options for keyboard shortcuts, starting with jumping to the previous/next comment and the previous/next unread comment.
