Step 1 - Add the website to this addon's settings
Step 2 - Visit the website and look for a div this extension has created
Step 3 - Follow the instructions you see on the div
Step 4 - Visit any episode page on the streaming website and you should be able to save and update the episode you're at on your list.

Fixed a bug that didn't allow some websites to be added to the settings list.
Fixed a bug that didn't delete a website's configuration even though the website was deleted from the settings list.
