Found the correct settings tab now as per below, and disabled search rating score. Also note that the app does NOT block tracking etc cookies by default, you need to turn this on, which is a bit weird but hey. Still, very nice.

thank you for your review. If you wish your search results to be without "rating score" badge, then open extension UI by clicking its icon in address bar, navigate yourself to the settings in right top corner and uncheck "Mark my serch results" - next time you search something badges will be gone. - 評價 5 分，滿分 5 分來自 Gerald Waurisch，6 年前
