Rewrite the regular expression to match Berriz's new frontend return
Fixed the issue where the extension suddenly failed to match the video

You no longer need to manually click the OK button to skip the warning!

Fix when enable extensive click Join Community button will crush the page.
Fix when enable extensive when click notify button, extensive will run auto skip the skip page user cant see notification List.
Fix when disable extensive autoskip still running and skip page, not turn off.
Fix when toggle extensive but autoskip and catch video still on until user manual refresh page.
ADD when disable extension auto refresh page one time, not only enable before.
ADD refresh page queue to reduce refresh usage.
ADD more conditional judgments to make the program resource usage lower and more precise in Berriz.
